By participating in the MFHA Affiliate Program you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully before sharing your referral link.

Eligibility
The MFHA Affiliate Program is open to any registered member of My Forex Hub Academy in good standing. To participate you must:
Have an active MFHA account with a verified email address
Be at least 18 years of age
Accept these Affiliate Terms & Conditions
Not be an employee or contractor of MFHA
Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
MFHA reserves the right to refuse or revoke affiliate participation at its sole discretion, including for accounts that violate our Terms of Service.
Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a 30% commission on the net purchase price of all eligible products purchased through their unique referral link. Commissions are calculated on the final amount paid, excluding taxes and processing fees.

Subscription* BMM V3 Liberty Scanner is excluded from the affiliate program due to existing distribution agreements.
Commissions are only earned on purchases made by new customers referred through your link. Self-referrals (purchasing through your own link) are strictly prohibited and will result in commission reversal and possible account suspension.
Tracking & Cookies
Referrals are tracked using a 30-day browser cookie. When a visitor clicks your referral link, a cookie is stored on their browser. If they purchase within 30 days, the commission is credited to your account.
Attribution Model
First-click attribution. The first affiliate link clicked gets the commission, even if other affiliates' links are clicked later.
Cookie Duration
30-day tracking window from the date of the first click on your referral link.
Real-Time Dashboard
View clicks, conversions, pending commissions, and cleared earnings in real time from your affiliate dashboard.
Cookie Limitations
Cleared browser cookies, private/incognito mode, or device changes may prevent attribution.
Payouts
Once your cleared commission balance reaches the minimum threshold, you may request a payout at any time from your affiliate dashboard.
Payout Details
$50.00 cleared balance required before requesting a withdrawal.
M-Pesa (Kenya), PayPal, or bank transfer. Method selected at time of request.
Payout requests are processed within 3–7 business days of approval.
All commissions are calculated and paid in USD. Currency conversion is at the recipient's risk.
Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on earnings.
Hold Period
14-Day Commission Hold
All commissions are held for a minimum of 14 calendar days after the referred purchase is confirmed. This hold exists to cover potential refund requests. After the hold period, commissions move to "cleared" status and become eligible for payout.
If a referred purchase is refunded during the hold period, the associated commission will be reversed from your balance. MFHA reserves the right to extend the hold period in cases of suspected fraud or disputes.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate commission forfeiture and account termination:
Self-Referrals
Purchasing any MFHA product through your own referral link to earn commission.
Spam
Sending unsolicited emails, messages, or posts promoting your referral link.
Misleading Claims
Making false, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims about MFHA products or results.
Unauthorised Branding
Using MFHA logos, trademarks, or brand assets without prior written approval.
Cookie Stuffing
Any technique that forces unauthorised affiliate cookies onto users' browsers.
Paid Ads Policy Violations
Bidding on MFHA branded keywords in paid advertising without explicit approval.
Changes & Termination
MFHA reserves the right to modify these Affiliate Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued participation in the program after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Either party may terminate participation in the affiliate program at any time. Upon termination, any cleared commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid out within 30 days. Pending commissions under the hold period may be forfeited if termination is due to policy violations.
MFHA may modify, suspend, or discontinue the affiliate program at any time, with reasonable notice provided to active affiliates.
