By accessing and using My Forex Hub Academy ("MFHA", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.
MFHA provides financial market education, trading tools, strategy resources, and community access. We are an educational institution and technology provider. We do not provide investment advice, manage client funds, offer brokerage services, or guarantee trading profits of any kind.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use this platform. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility.
All content, tools, and materials provided through MFHA are for personal educational use only and may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or shared without prior written consent from MFHA. Unauthorised distribution constitutes a violation of these terms and applicable copyright law.
Refund Policy
Refund policies vary by product type. Digital products and course enrollments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. Please contact our support team for specific refund requests and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

Affiliate Terms
The MFHA Affiliate Program allows registered members to earn commission by referring new customers to our platform. Participation is free and available to any registered account in good standing.
Key Terms
MFHA reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts for fraudulent activity, spam, misleading promotions, or any violation of these terms. Commissions earned through fraudulent referrals will be reversed.
Intellectual Property
All content published on the MFHA platform — including but not limited to course videos, written materials, trading strategies, software tools, graphics, logos, and branding — is the intellectual property of My Forex Hub Academy and is protected by copyright law.
Enrolled students are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use course materials for personal educational purposes only. You may not record, copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly display any MFHA content without express written permission.
Violation of these intellectual property terms may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of MFHA following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
